About your Application
All our programs require that you complete a registration form and confidentiality form. You complete a separate application depending on the program - Individual Job Search Services, or Webinars that you are interested in. Please complete only 1 application. If you are unsure what option is best for you, everyone is met online individually prior to starting either webinars or individual job search services to confirm what your best options are and whether you are eligible for the program.

We offer no-fee resume writing services for those who qualify for our Youth-Work Program or CareerFriends Program.
Our services include:

- Assistance completing online applications
- Expert guidance on how to get past Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
What is an ATS?
Many employers use ATS software to screen resumes before a hiring manager sees them. These systems look for keywords, formats, and details that match the job posting. If your resume isn’t ATS-friendly, it may be filtered out — even if you’re a great fit for the role.
We’ll help you write resumes and applications that stand out to employers and pass ATS screenings, giving you the best chance at landing an interview.
