Land and Inclusion Acknowledgement
At R. Work Group, we are grateful to live, learn, and work on the traditional lands of the Beaver, Cree, Dene, and Métis peoples, within Treaty 8 Territory in the region of Grande Prairie, Alberta.
We honour the enduring connection of Indigenous peoples to this land and the knowledge, strength, and community that continue to guide us toward a more respectful and inclusive future.
Our work in vocational rehabilitation is grounded in the belief that every person belongs. We recognize that Indigenous peoples with disabilities often stand at the intersection of colonial and systemic barriers — yet continue to lead with resilience, insight, and wisdom that strengthen our collective path.
We commit to reconciliation that includes accessibility, to inclusion that honours culture and ability, and to building workplaces and communities where everyone has the opportunity to contribute, grow, and thrive.
