What Can We Do For You?

Hiring and training personnel is one of the most costly and sometimes frustrating aspects of doing business.
Since 1990 we've been in the business of helping workers get jobs and employers get workers. We've learned what works and what doesn't. We are a local, private company staffed with professionals who believe in the value of peoples' skills and abilities. We've been instrumental in helping workers and employers find the right people, at the right time.

How does this benefit you? We could be the source that helps you find the person that is the perfect fit for your organization.

Employers have told us that we help them identify:

  • What they really needed in an employee.
  • How to reduce turnover in a high turnover position.
  • The key skills in the job and how to communicate this to the employee.
  • What it is that the new worker is doing well and not so well.

For more information, read the commonly asked questions below.

  • Q: What do you charge?

There is no charge. "Okay," you are wondering "what is the hitch?" Nothing really, except that we do the reverse of what most "head hunter" companies do. We have the people and help them link with the jobs. If you call us and we don't have the right person, we don't commit to finding you personnel -- that's why you don't pay. But, what have you got to lose? Simply one phone call to us and we can tell you if we have the right person(s) available to meet with you.

  • Q: Who are the people that you refer?

We work with workers of diverse backgrounds, such as labourers, technicians, secretaries, trades people, truck drivers. Some people are highly skilled and trained. Others are hard workers ready to learn. Most of the people we serve have a disability or a work-related injury.

  • Q: Is there something wrong with the people you are working with?

This is the most common, unspoken question of employers. Let's face the reality. Many of us have disability insurance because of the possibility of getting sick or injured. Consider what would happen if you got sick or injured. After a time of recuperation, you are now well enough to work but... there is always a "but": you can't do the same job anymore, or your former employer no longer has a job opening, etc. Now what do you do? Come to R. Work Group, of course!

  • Q: How do I learn more about your personnel services?

We are always interested in meeting with employers. Call us and we'd be pleased to meet with you to learn more about your business and staffing needs. This will enable us to show you how we can best serve you.

  • Q: What if I have staff that are currently on disability or WCB and I want to reduce my cost?

We may be able to help. Having us meet with employees and working with them to ensure that they are receiving the rehabilitation services needed and are not getting lost in the shuffle can save you costs -- significant costs. We also believe that this is a way of valuing your current staff and building a strong company for the future. Let us know your situation and maybe we can help them.
