Established in 1990 by Bonnie Maguffee, our central focus and design is to inspire, coach and guide people to find the right job at the right time. Our expertise is in the field of vocational rehabilitation whereby we apply our knowledge and training in helping individuals who have physical injuries that demand a job change; mental health related issues that impact ability to find and keep a job; traumatic brain injuries or sensory impairments that may need special consideration in the workplace.

Our Team
Bonnie Maguffee, M.S., CRC, CVE.
Bonnie has worked in this field for 18 years and has completed a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. In adhering to our strong belief in the importance of providing high quality services, she has also obtained Certifications as a Rehabilitation Counselor and Certification as a Vocational Evaluator (CRC and CVE). Jim Maguffee, BA, CCRC
Jim is our Rehabilitation Consultant and brings over 10 years experience in rehabilitation counseling, vocational evaluation, and job placement and maintenance. He has written many published articles, and is integral in assisting clients to network with employers and local agencies.
Rose Kotyk
Rose is our Career Coach and Case Manager having 27 years Registered Nursing experience, 13 of which were as Administrative Director of a rural hospital, and 11 years Rehabilitation Counseling experience. She provides comprehensive career counseling and training services that emphasize abilities and help clients establish concrete goals.
Colleen Crawford, BSc, O.T.
Colleen serves as a Job Coach. She is a key resource in our process of assessing the match between return-to-work options, physical capacity and job readiness.
Carolyn Rogers, Employer Liaison
Carolyn's focus is to ensure smooth operations that build quality customer service. She has over twenty years experience coordinating human resources, ensuring confidentiality of documentation, and specialized training in health and safety. She is responsible for developing client training plans and assisting employers in accessing funding dollars to assist in training of new employees.
Shan Froude, BSW, Job Coach
Shan specializes in providing services to clients with developmental and mental health related issues. She provides on-site coaching and employer support to ensure strong links between clients, the employer and our company. Providing group job search training is another area of interest and expertise for Shan.
Tammy Anderson (Human Resources Assistant), Doug Kazulak (Job Locator), Carol Crawford (Admin), Shayne Cummings (Roadrunner Technical Services - contracted services), Agnes Moffat and Don Crawford (Maintenance) -- all important members of our team.
